Das Element „Frau“ ist ein Teil meiner Identität. In der Fotografieserie „Kein Kleid“ bildet ein Kleid eine Maske, die meine Augen, meinen Mund, mein ganzes Gesicht, meinen Körper verbirgt. Die Betrachter der Fotografien sehen mich nicht ohne die Kleidermaske. Sie sehen jedoch eine kleine Öffnung in der Maske: Der Körper ist den Betrachtern zugewandt. Das Auge kann sehen und wird gesehen.

EVA BEA: No Dress. Photographic-Performative Series 2007
Objects: 1 red dress, 1 female body
The element “woman” is one part of my identity. In the photographic series “No dress”, a dress forms a mask which hides my eyes, my mouth, my whole face, my body. The viewers of the photographs don´t see me without the dress mask. However, they see a small opening in the mask: The body is turned towards the viewers. The eye can see and is seen.

EVA BEA: Ningún vestido. Serie fotográfico-performativa 2007
Objetos: 1 vestido rojo, un cuerpo femenino
El elemento „mujer“ es parte de mi identidad. En la serie fotográfica „Ningún vestido“, un vestido forma una máscara que oculta mis ojos, mi boca, mi rostro entero, mi cuerpo. Los espectadores de las fotografías no me ven sin la máscara del vestido. Sin embargo, ven una pequeña abertura en la máscara: el cuerpo está orientado hacia los espectadores. El ojo puede ver y es visto.
