Live Performance
Objects: freshly squeezed juice of beetroot, 2 parcels, scissors, 1 long white flexible board, tracks (closed), 1 female body in a white dress, rain
Duration: 20 min.
In this rite of passage I am standing on a platform placed over tracks. In the middle of the white board I open two parcels which contain two different kinds of kitchen aprons. I put one of them on the right way and the other one the wrong way. With a scream in between shouting and singing, I pour thick beetroot juice over my head and the kitchen aprons. The white changes to red. It starts to rain. I try to get to the other side of the board, but I fail as it is too wet. I walk backwards along the tracks. I try to arrange my hair, without success. I leave the space.
